miami

We had a lovely holiday beginning with a cruise out of Miami on NCL's Sun to the Western Caribbean followed by a week at Disney World.  We cruised to Roatan-Honduras, Belize, Cozumel-Mexico and NCL's private island in the Bahamas.  The snorkeling was great and the food was fantastic.  We returned to Miami and picked up our hybrid rental car- we stayed at a resort apartment which had a two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, kitchen and most importantly; a washer and dryer. Plus we had access to the complex's clubhouse and pool- the kids enjoyed the pool immensely.  I was a little worried how Ben would do on all the big rides at Disney and Sea World but he loved every one of them and often cried when he had to get off.  Abby was a little more restrained in her enthusiasm for the rides but enjoyed herself nonetheless.  Bruce took Ben on a lot of rides while Abby and I shopped.  All in all we really enjoyed ourselves.
