MAIN We stayed at the Dreams Resort in Puerto Adventuras which is about 100 kilometers south of Cancun, Mexico along the Yucatan Peninsula. We spent a week in Mexico- had near perfect weather the whole trip. The resort is an all-inclusive so everything was taken care of- including many mojitos and piña coladas. The food was wonderful and we met some really nice families. The kids had a blast in the Kids Explorer Club and we enjoyed many romantic afternoons and evening walking along the Caribbean Sea. We swam with wild sea turtles and sting rays and we swam in the sacred waters of the ancient Mayans- in the cenotes or surface connections to subterranean water bodies... All in all it was a great trip. |
