Summer of 2010: Florida and the Western Caribbean
Aquatica

 

Aquatica is a water park run by Seaworld. It was a lot of fun going down all the slides. We watched as Abby & Ben went down the slides endlessly until the lines got long. I admired my kids and their bravery as they fearlessly went down huge slides and swam in fast currents. We had a great time watching them carry up inner tubes as tall as they were and bravely tubed down the slides. I loved tubing on the lazy river through an aquarium (second photo). We liked the slide that sent you through the Commerson Dolphin tank. Very cute dolphins that look like tiny orcas (third photo). The wave pool at the end was a lot of fun for all of us. We'll see how the water play area at Aquatica compares to a similar one in Atlantis in the Bahamas...
